Hey, I’m Cyrus — Welcome to My Pasta Blog!
Simple recipes. Basic tools. Big flavor.
If you’re new to the kitchen or just looking for some no-fuss, go-to pasta meals, you’re in the right place. I started this blog to help people like you (and honestly, me too) cook with confidence — especially when time, money, or motivation are in short supply.

My Ride-or-Die Recipe:
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
This is the one I always come back to. Garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and spaghetti. That’s it — and somehow it still tastes like magic.
Here’s the full recipe I use
How I make it:
Toss it all together and eat straight from the pan (no shame)
Boil spaghetti
Sauté garlic in olive oil
Add red pepper flakes
What I Bring to Every Potluck
Pasta salad.
It’s chill, flexible, and super easy to throw together.
I usually mix whatever pasta I’ve got with chopped veggies, some feta or cheddar, and a quick vinaigrette. Done.
Only Got 30 Minutes?
Cook Aglio e Olio — seriously.
It’s fast, filling, and you’ll feel like a genius after making it. Perfect for weeknights or when you’re starving and have no clue what to cook.
